The new caliper glide pin is at the top of the photo.   Each caliper uses two pins.   While it is not an absolute must that you replace the glide pins (the old ones will work) the Beretta pins have a shorter head and make a neater job.  Also, new pins assure that any unseen galling or possible binding of the old pins is avoided - this is important since the calipers "float" on them.
