The rotor on the top is for a 1990 Chevrolet Beretta.  The rotor on the bottom is a stock rear rotor from a 1987 Pontiac Fiero.  Both rotors use the same wheel bolt pattern and offset.  Both are the same outside diameter.  But, the Beretta rotor is thicker and vented.  Thus, it runs cooler and is less likely to distort due to overheating.
